

天(tian)然氣鍛(duan)造爐設(she)計(ji)要(yao)考慮下列(lie)因(yin)素:(l)內環滬墻(qiang)受熱膨脹(zhang)後(hou),將(jiang)要(yao)向爐內方向傾(qing)斜(xie),因(yin)此(ci)內環墻要(yao)采取固定(ding)措(cuo)施;(2)拱頂三角(jiao)縫(feng)過大會(hui)降(jiang)低爐頂(ding)強度,因(yin)此(ci)拱(gong)頂(ding)砌築結(jie)構(gou)要(yao)減(jian)小三角(jiao)縫(feng);(3)固定(ding)爐墻(qiang)與環形(xing)滬底之(zhi)間的縫(feng)隙,由(you)於(yu)環形(xing)爐底(di)受熱後(hou)向外(wai)膨(peng)脹(zhang),因(yin)此(ci)外(wai)環縫(feng)隙要(yao)比內環縫(feng)隙大(da);(4)爐墻(qiang)與爐底(di)之(zhi)間的縫(feng)隙采重(zhong)油(you)作(zuo)燃(ran)料(liao)。用水(shui)封(feng)密(mi)封(feng),水(shui)封(feng)槽(cao)底(di)要(yao)向爐外(wai)方向傾(qing)斜(xie),使落(luo)入(ru)槽(cao)中臺(tai)車式(shi)鍛造(zao)爐爐膛尺(chi)寸(cun),壹般高(gao)度可(ke)安(an)裝料(liao)高(gao)度的雜物自(zi)然集中到水(shui)槽(cao)外(wai)側(ce),便(bian)於(yu)清(qing)除。
